One of the first ways that I began to work with my own magic was in the brewing of Ritual Elixirs—potent, intention-driven oils designed to align with the rhythms of the universe.

It all began one late autumn evening when the The Soulful Stargazer, decided to create something special—something that could help others reconnect with their own energy and intention. The ritual for making these Elixirs was simple yet sacred: the brewing process began in a large, “Mother” jar—a vessel of glass filled with the blend of oils, herbs and botanicals. Each jar was set in a dark, sacred space and the brews would steep for at least nine months, absorbing the powerful energies of each passing month, bathing in the light of the full moon or basking in the sun’s warmth until it was time for the final magic to take place.

The first Ritual Elixirs she created were carefully designed to work with specific intentions:

• Bubblewrap Elixir – For protection, to wrap the user in a etheric layer of spiritual bubblewrap.
• Money Tree Elixir – To bring prosperity and open pathways to abundance.
• Goddess Elixir – A nurturing elixir that connected women to their divine feminine power.
• Oracle Elixir – Meant to assist in aligning oneself with the subtle currents of the universe, inviting clarity through intuition, dreams, and inner knowing.

The process was slow, methodical, and patient. Each elixir was imbued with its own unique energy, cultivated through the ritual of monthly sun and moon baths, carefully chosen herbs, crystals, and oils.

Pep Talk was the next creation, a special elixir born out of a request from her Sister, who needed something to ignite motivation during moments of stagnation. Pep Talk became the first Sun Energy Elixir, charged with the vibrant energy of the sun to awaken the spirit and fuel determination. It was designed to inspire action, to push through procrastination, and to spark the fire of ambition when life felt a little too heavy. A few drops of this elixir would bring a surge of energy, like a pep talk from within, lighting the path forward when clarity was hard to find.

To attest to this, I’ll share the story of the day the Pep Talk Elixir had finished its initial nine-month brewing cycle. In my eagerness to bottle the elixir, I decided to do it after work that evening, thinking it would be a simple task. Little did I know, the elixir had more potent energy than I had ever imagined. Around 6 pm, I began the bottling process. As soon as I sealed the first bottle and held it in my hands, a sudden surge of energy shoot through my body. The next thing I knew, hours had passed. The clock had ticked past midnight, and there I was—standing on the edge of my bathtub, on my tippy toes, deep cleaning my bathroom ceiling. Every surface, every corner, every baseboard was wiped down and scrubbed. I cleaned places I hadn’t thought of in years—dusting the ceilings, washing the windows, even rearranging the furniture. Laundry that had been piling up for days was folded and put away. It was as though the Pep Talk Elixir had made me an unstoppable force.

By the time the sun was rising, I realized something important: the Pep Talk Elixir was not something to be taken lightly. It was best to work with it during the day, when the sun’s energy could be fully aligned with its manifestation power. Bottling it in the evening had been a mistake—I hadn’t been prepared for the aftermath. The energy was so potent, it took hours of cleaning and organizing just to release it.

The lesson was clear: when you work with powerful energies, you must respect the timing. The morning sun was the perfect companion to the Pep Talk Elixir, while the night needed a softer energy to settle the body and mind. From that day on, she made a mental note to never bottle Elixirs in the evening unless she had prepared for the powerful aftermath.

As the seasons passed and the alchemical brew continued to evolve, two final elixirs completed the collection: Temple Elixir and Alchemy Elixir. Temple was crafted to offer grounding and spiritual sanctuary, a peaceful elixir that allowed the user to create sacred space within themselves—a quiet place of stillness and protection amidst the chaos of the outside world. On the other hand, Alchemy was the most potent of all—designed to harness the transformative power of intention and will. It was a manifestation elixir, a brew that amplified the energetic currents of desire and action, helping one to turn their dreams into reality with focused intention.

With each brew, she had grown, learning to listen more deeply to the rhythms of the Earth, the pull of the moon, and the whispers of spirit. The Ritual Elixirs had not only helped others reconnect with their own magic, but had reminded her of her own capacity to create and transform.
