Due to the nature of items sold, we do not allow refunds, exchanges or return of items purchased.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send an email to: TheSoulfulStargazer@yahoo.com with pictures of the defect or damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
