Scholarship Program Overview
The mission of The Soulful Stargazer LLC is to offer Ritual Products, Numerology Readings and Soul Services intended to empower those who seek to travel down a journey of self-discovery. The Soulful Stargazer LLC believes that it should be the right of every individual to access the wisdom of the Universe, in an obtainable and affordable manner. In that way, it is understood that not everyone’s journey allows them the extra financial freedom to cover some of these services as well as day-to-day life expenses.
If you find yourself longing to dive deeper into a Reading, or Service, and could use help to make the booking fee more obtainable for your personal journey at this time; we have developed various avenues to help break down the cost of our Readings and Services. These include payment options at checkout through Paypal Pay In 4, and Klarna; as well as two Scholarship Options: Partial and Full.
Scholarship Availability & Award Amounts
Scholarship Awards determinations are made based on several factors, including number of applicants within a calendar month, and the approximate number of clients booking at the full rate.
Applicants should indicate whether they are intending to apply for a Partial, or Full Scholarship, or Both. Partial Scholarship Applicants should only apply for a scholarship if they are able to pay for at least 50% of the booking fees.
We make every effort to offer at the very least (1) Partial Scholarship each month for each Program, with Full Scholarships being assessed and awarded on an individual, and less often bases; however, we cannot promise to have Scholarships available at all times, for every Program.
Scholarship Qualifications
To qualify for a scholarship, prospective participants must complete and submit a Scholarship Application Form, answering all questions on the form honestly and fully.
Individuals who are already booked for a particular Reading or Service are not eligible to receive a scholarship for that course retroactively. We only accept scholarship applications from individuals who have not yet enrolled in the Reading or Service of their request.
Scholarship Application Submissions
Applications are accepted at any time prior to the Booking date, or for as long as it is listed on the Scholarship Application Form (see link below.)
Scholarship Award Notifications
All applicants will be notified of their award status by email, typically within one week of application. We will automatically expedite last-minute applications whenever possible, and we appreciate your patience while applications are in review. Refund Policy for Scholarship Winners
As stated above, the intention of our scholarship program is to support individuals who are dedicated to becoming empowered along their life journey, but who otherwise would not be able to afford to enroll in one of our programs. We, therefore, expect applicants to be firmly committed to their Service, and for that reason, the portion of the Booking fee paid by scholarship recipients is non-refundable, regardless of what the standard or advertised refund policy is for full-tuition attendees of that particular course.
