In ancient Egyptian belief, the Ka is the soul’s vital essence — the energetic double that accompanies us through life and beyond. It is the bridge between soul and body, spirit and embodiment.
As a Priestess of Auset (Goddess Isis) and Certified IsisKa® Practitioner, I work with the guidance of Goddess Auset to facilitate Sacred Soul Sessions.
Within these sessions, you will receive activations and energetic transmissions designed to awaken and align your Soul within your physical body. Each session supports the remembrance of your Soul’s essence, activates dormant gifts, and gently initiates lessons meant to support your current path.

Soul Activation sessions are held as private 45-60 minute sessions, available in person at Blackbird Market on the second Saturday of each month from 11am–4pm, based on availability.

What is a Ka?
The Ka is our Soul Body, or quite literally the ‘vehicle’ that the higher self or Soul can use to descend into matter. It is closest to what we would consider a Light Body, connecting in the 3D-6D world. It connects us like a portal to spirit, and allows us to fully ascend.
Are these healing sessions?
No, Ka Activations are not a healing modality such as Reiki. You wouldn’t attend a session to heal a physical ailment, This is an activating modality, where multiple levels of healing occurs as a by-product.
Who has a Ka?
Every thing, and every one has a Ka. Every person, fish, animal, plant, temple, even the Gods and Goddesses. However, most humans have not consciously activated nor worked with their Ka energy before.
Who can receive a Ka Activation?
Anyone with a Ka can receive a Ka Activation! This is simply a Program to help you facilitate the healing and activations aligned with anchoring your Ka into your physical body. These sessions can be done in-person, or remotely through Zoom or another video calling program.
What are Ka Channels?
The Ka Channels are similar to meridians, however, meridians function on our physical energetic body, Ka Channels are linked to our Ka Body through our physical body through various activation points in which the Channels can be assessed, activated and charged.
What does an Activation feel like?
Some have noticed feeling the energy flowing through the Channels as they are being cleared or charged. Sometimes you may feel pressure or quick ‘pings’ at the activation points. Sometimes you may not feel anything at all. Regardless of what you feel in session, your Session has included the Channels being cleared, activated and charged.
How long does a Session take?
Each session contains Two Channel Activations, and each Channel can take 10-30 minutes to activate and charge. Please prepare to dedicate at least an hour for each Session, though most will not take the full session time.
Activation & Integration Time
Activation Time is the period between each Ka Activation session, during which you’ll receive in-person or remote energy activations to awaken specific Ka Channels.
Integration Time is the 44-day period following each activation, allowing your body and energy system to fully absorb and integrate the new energy, lessons, and gifts from the activation.
Do I have to receive a full Activation?
No, you can choose a specific set that you’d like Activated without receiving a Full Ka Activation, or working through the entire program. Please note, that this may create a stronger integration symptoms, because you have essentially skipped the Activations leading up to the Set that you’ve chosen – unless of course you choose to begin with Channels 1 and 2.
