Sacred Souls Gathering: Embracing your Inner Child

Our first Sacred Souls Gathering of the year will be a joyful and heart-centered exploration of our Inner Child. In this sacred space, we invite you to reconnect with the playful, creative, and curious parts of yourself. Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite childhood outfit and bring along their favorite childhood snack, as we step into the energy of innocence, wonder, and self-expression.

Throughout this circle, we will address some of the limiting beliefs and thought patterns that were instilled in us as children. Together, we will work to release these old stories, allowing ourselves to heal and move forward. By honoring and embracing our Inner Child, we create room for growth, self-love, and a deeper connection with our authentic selves.
